Croatia will be aiming to secure their first points of the new UEFA Nations League campaign as they host Poland in Osijek on Sunday evening.
The hosts suffered a defeat to Portugal on the opening matchday, while their League A Group 1 counterparts, Poland, claimed a win in Scotland.
On Thursday night, Croatia set out to improve on last year’s Nations League performance, where they lost to Spain in the final, but they ultimately fell short against Portugal.
