Bundesliga champions Bayer Leverkusen will aim to recover from their first league loss since May 2023 as they head to PreZero Arena on Saturday to take on Hoffenheim in their third match of the 2024-25 season.
Hoffenheim currently sit in 11th place with three points after two games, following a 3-1 defeat to Eintracht Frankfurt on August 31. Meanwhile, Bayer Leverkusen, in eighth place with three points, were narrowly beaten 3-2 by RB Leipzig on the same day.
Hoffenheim struggled in their last match, as Eintracht Frankfurt dominated with 13 shots inside the box, while Hoffenheim managed just three.
