Italian giants Juventus will mark their return to the Champions League after a one-year absence by hosting Dutch champions PSV Eindhoven on Tuesday evening.
On the first matchday, the two-time European champions will welcome 1988 winners PSV to Turin for their inaugural competitive encounter.
Juventus, who claimed European titles in 1985 and 1996, have also suffered defeat in seven finals of UEFA’s premier club competition, with five of those losses occurring in the Champions League era—more than any other club.
